Which food and beverage outlets are located at C-mine?

There are a number of food and drink places at C-mine.

• Bistro Bels (Belgian cuisine)

Belgian cuisine is ‘back’. Bistro Bels is located left of the entrance to C-Mine. What used to be the Energy Buildings of the Winterslag mine has recently been transformed into a trendy brasserie. Here they explore recipes from the olden days and give them a contemporary look. Homemade stew or a tasty steak and fries? Wash it down with a homemade lemonade or a draught beer. That’ll do nicely.

• Ciné Città (Italian cuisine)

Ciné Città is located just outside the city centre, in the renovated buildings of the Winterslag mine. The restaurant's name refers to a large film studio in the heart of Rome, where blockbusters such as Ben Hur, Cleopatra and more recently Cliffhanger and Gangs of New York were filmed. This is where we are today, in the restored bathing area of the Winterslag mine, an anchor location of the mining experience since 1912. It was a place of hard work, and of camaraderie… It is this sentiment that Ciné Città wants to convey to its patrons today – a feeling of togetherness and friendship.

• Wok Plaza (Asian cuisine)

WokPlaza is an Asian restaurant located at the front of C-mine. Here, you can have dish with fresh ingredients, prepared just for you. It’s an ideal option for people who like variety.

Close to C-mine you’ll find Vennestraat, the Street of the Senses. Here you’ll find restaurants and bars with flavours from all around the world.
